Returns & Refunds Policy
At Madeforza, we stand behind the quality of our products. Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy, we offer a straightforward returns and refunds process.
1. The Madeforza Happiness Guarantee
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Unused and in its original packaging.
- All tags must be attached.
- For assembled items, they must be disassembled and packed securely in the original packaging.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at hello@madeforza.co.za within the 14-day window.
- Provide Details: Include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Receive Instructions: We will email you the return authorization and the address for sending your parcel.
Please do not send the parcel back to us without first contacting us, as we cannot process unauthorized returns.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Faulty or Incorrect Item: If you received a faulty or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of the return shipping and send you a replacement or full refund.
- Change of Mind: If you are returning an item for a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original method of payment. Please remember:
- Your bank or credit card company may take 5-10 business days to process and post the refund to your account after we have issued it.
- The original shipping fee is non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
5. Exchanges / Incorrect or Damaged Items
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if we sent you the wrong item.
If you need to exchange an item for this reason, please contact us at hello@madeforza.co.za with your order number and photos of the product issue. We will arrange a courier to collect the faulty item and deliver the correct one at no extra cost to you.
6. Sale Items
Sale items can be refunded or exchanged, provided they meet all the standard return conditions listed above.
